Movie Night: St John in Exile
The Wednesday Evening Dinner Series has been focusing on the book of Revelation. As a finale, the class will be viewing the movie St. John in Exile on Wednesday, May 12 at 7pm.
This powerful 90 minute movie is a one man play with actor Dean Jones in the role of the apostle John, writer of five New Testament books, including the Gospel of John and the book of Revelation. The story takes place near the end of John’s life. He is in exile on the island of Patmos and reflects on his life with Jesus.
Anyone who wishes to join us is welcome to do so. This is a moving and inspiring portrayal that brings the gospel stories to life in a unique way. If you would like to attend, please check sign-up #4.
