Prayer Ministry

Don’t worry about anything. Instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he’s done. If you do this, you will experience God’s peace, which is far more wonderful than the human mind can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.”
– Philippians 4:6-7, NLT

The Defining Visions for the Geneva Prayer Ministries is to:

Worship and prayer are the highest activities possible for the human soul. In prayer, we meet face to face and heart to heart with the God who created us, loves us, and longs for us to be deeply united with Him. On the last night of His life, Jesus prayed for people of all generations who would believe in Him, “that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me.”

Prayer is the life-blood of the Christian life, in prayer we not only are able to converse with God, make requests of God, and hear from God, we are able to truly become one with Him. It is through prayer that the power of the Holy Spirit is unleashed. His will is done in our hearts, and through us in the world. Prayer can take many forms, so at Geneva , we provide many different opportunities for you to receive prayer, practice prayer and grow in your prayer life.
